Stay in Paris

Paris has accommodation options to suit every traveller, whether you want to splash out on a lavish five-star hotel, check into a charming bed-and-breakfast or rent a fully furnished AirBnB with friends. Snagging a hotel in Paris’ 1st Arrondissement or Left Bank districts like Saint-Germain-des-Prés and the Latin Quarter means you’ll be within walking distance of the sights, but wherever you stay in the capital, you’ll only be a metro ride away.

Our tips? Head to the 11th Arrondissement to be closest to the city’s top restaurants and bars, the Marais or Pigalle to enjoy Paris’ best nightlife, or Montmartre for cosy and characterful hotels. Steer clear of the area around the Gare du Nord train station (it’s not the safest spot at night), convenient as it might be for travel to the Stade de France. Instead, consider booking accommodation in Saint-Denis and hopping on the metro to explore Paris between matches.
